Start QuicktestThe reality of growth
We regularly encounter the following situations in our work with growing companies. You will probably recognize at least one of them.
When every exception, approval and sensitive customer issue ends up with you, the queue grows faster than the company. The way forward starts with one key question: Which decisions really need you, and which only need clear guardrails?
Learn moreMonthly reports, forecasts and operational KPIs are prepared in separate files. By the time the figures have been reconciled, the information is already out of date. What information would help you decide earlier and learn from current operations?
Learn moreWhat was good enough yesterday can become a serious compliance gap as you add employees, handle more sensitive data or serve international customers. Which obligations already apply to you, and which will arise as you take the next step in your growth?
Learn moreSome employees hold critical knowledge, solve problems and act as the final point of escalation. The risk often becomes visible only when someone is on leave or resigns, or when a position is difficult to fill. How can you retain their knowledge and develop it within the team?
Learn moreMarketing generates demand that operations cannot meet. Sales promises customized solutions that slow down the product team. Each function is acting for understandable reasons. But are their goals still contributing to the success of the company as a whole?
Learn moreReferrals, the founders’ networks and individual pitches work well at first. As growth targets rise, however, sales become unpredictable and every new sales representative starts from scratch. The turning point comes when individual successes are turned into a repeatable process.

Your solution in three steps
In just a few minutes, you answer questions across six topic areas: strategy, governance, finance, HR & people, leadership and culture. You immediately receive an overall result and an assessment for each topic area.
The free, no-obligation Quicktest also provides a cross-functional assessment. It combines your answers into five development areas, ranging from documentation and formalization to strategic planning and a feedback and learning culture, and rates the action needed in each area as low, moderate or high.
The result is a personal self-assessment. In just a few minutes, it gives you an honest first view of where your organization stands today.
If you wish, we can discuss what the results mean for you in a Scale-up-Navigator Talk.
Start QuicktestIn a free Scale-up-Navigator Talk based on your Quicktest results, we discuss what lies behind the figures.
You work directly with Christian Farin and Christoph Petry from the outset. Together, you interpret your results in the context of your company, without a separate team handling the initial stage.
We take a closer look at the areas with a high need for action and work with you to identify the specific bottlenecks behind them.
By the end, you have a clear assessment of the most urgent issues, what initial solutions could look like, and whether more in-depth support would be useful and in what form.

Every company is different, and so are its specific challenges, especially during periods of growth. Our support is therefore not a rigid product but a flexible toolbox comprising several formats that we use according to the situation. This also applies when an urgent issue requires rapid support rather than a lengthy optimization process.
Building on the Quicktest results and our Talk, we develop a concrete action plan for your challenges. Together, we decide during the Talk which format is appropriate, rather than defining it in advance.
Our tools include, among others:
The focus is always the same: a practical short-term solution to the immediate challenge and, over the long term, a structure capable of supporting the next stage of growth.
Start a conversationTwo perspectives. One goal.
Growth has many facets. Supporting growth requires many competencies.
Our particular strength lies in combining two professional perspectives that consulting often treats separately: auditing, finance and IT security meet systemic organizational development, HR and corporate culture.
We therefore examine growth from the perspective of figures, risks and systems as well as structures, people and culture. This helps us identify connections that can remain hidden when viewed in isolation and develop solutions that are financially sustainable and organizationally effective.
Where additional specialist expertise is required, we selectively bring in experts from our network of partners.

What sets start-ups with sustainable growth apart from those that have to fix problems later?
The difference becomes apparent when a team develops into an organization. Processes, finance and tax are often only considered once there is little room left to shape them because the figures have become disconnected from the corporate strategy. If this moment is recognized in time, auditing and compliance become more than an unwelcome obligation: they become a genuine lever for sustainable growth.
I spent the first decade of my career at major audit and advisory firms, working with listed corporations and long-established family businesses. There, I learned how auditing and compliance operate at the highest level.
Today, I bring this experience to my work with growing start-ups and expanding companies, particularly those with a German-French dimension. The difference is that, since establishing my own firm in 2020, I have supported entrepreneurship in a more sustainable and holistic way, rather than looking at it only from a financial perspective.
As a CISA-certified IT auditor, I also understand the technical questions that growing companies face today, particularly in relation to IT security and the increasing use of AI in business processes.

What excites me about supporting start-ups as they grow?
This is when the foundations for the company’s long-term success are laid. Whether in structures and processes or in leadership, culture and collaboration, what is done well now will benefit the company for a long time. What is neglected now becomes difficult to correct as the company grows.
Most of my professional experience was gained inside organizations rather than as an external consultant. I helped large and medium-sized companies continue to grow and adapt to a constantly changing environment. I did so from within the organization.
Today, I bring this experience to my work with fast-growing companies as an external advisor. I combine an insider’s understanding of organizations with an outside perspective and practical, concrete solutions.
As a business psychologist, TÜV-certified consultant in systemic organizational development and systemic coach, I understand the internal dynamics, resistance and pivotal moments that determine whether growth stays on track or starts to break down.
